Support Local Hip Hop

Support local music and come see FREE MINDS, headlining this Sunday at House of Blues San Diego.

If you've been lucky enough to see them perform at any of their local shows, you know the energy FREE MINDS bring to the stage. This isn't booty-shaking music, this is hip hop with a message. Free Minds has played at Qualcomm Stadium's RaceLegal as well as the world rugby tournament that was held at Petco Park. Later on this year, they will be performing for The Source awards as well as releasing their long-awaited full-length album, Faith in Revolution.

The event is 21+. It only costs $12.50 to get in. More info is here.

From their Official Myspace Page:
Free Minds is a group of like-minded individuals who have maintained a strong foundation of friendship over the years. Months. Days. Collaborations between the emcees in the crew are never limited by subject or style and every recording hopefully reflects the positive energy created in the room at the time. World domination is a goal, but mostly Free Minds just want to give back to the culture that helped raise them.
